Field Nurse Case Manager (RN) – Workers’ Compensation (1099 Contractor) Indianapolis, IN & Surrounding Areas (Remote w/ Local Travel – No Residency Required) Use Your Experience to Drive Better Outcomes—Without the Burnout Leverage your clinical expertise in a consultative role where you guide care, not provide it. As a Field Nurse Case Manager, you’ll ensure injured workers receive appropriate, cost-effective treatment while supporting safe, timely return-to-work outcomes. Requirements

  • Active RN license
  • 3+ years of Field Nurse Case Management experience in Workers’ Compensation
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and using technology
  • Reliable transportation for travel within Indianapolis and surrounding areas
  • Malpractice/liability insurance (or ability to obtain)

  • Bilingual a plus
