Our facility includes assisted living, long-term care, and skilled nursing/sub-acute rehabilitations. We also have ventilator care with a respiratory therapist on-site. Requirements

• Full Time Hours
• Schedule: Days, Evenings
• Every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
