About The Position

Tired of the daily grind? Are you a nurse who is looking for something new and exciting? We are seeking a Nurse Account Manager for Michigan!! Minimum License Requirement - LPN Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with some matching, Life Insurance, FSA/HSA, and Paid Time Off available for Full Time employees. Experience in long term care pharmacy, assisted living and hospice is preferred but not required. This position requires full-time hours during all shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays. Candidate must supply their own vehicle, and be willing to travel as this position requires regular visits to facilities across the state of Michigan. Mileage reimbursement is available. Essential Functions: Visit multiple facilities each month to ensure all facilities are visited once a quarter. Attend or perform in-services on LinkRx and StatSafe as needed. Perform StatSafe audits. Perform Cycle Exchanges Mandatory attendance at quarterly Performance Improvement Meetings. Conduct Satisfaction Surveys and help with Grievance Logs. Act as point person for the facilities to reach out to for issues/problems/complaints. Communicate all facility changes/updates with pharmacy team. Support Consulting team as needed. Will comply with all Corporate Initiatives and utilize provided tools/resources as appropriate. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Job Specifications: Critical Evaluation. Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, including PPT Excellent communication and organization skills. Travel to and from other facilities will be required as job duties demand. Physical Demands: Must be able to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Must be able to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment such as calculators, copy machines and printers up to 100% of the time; Regularly required to talk and hear in order to communicate effectively over the phone and in person; Must be able to see 100% of the time to recognize medications, detect inaccuracies, and observe the work of others; This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching and stooping; Must be able to lift and/or transport materials weighing up to 25 pounds, up to 10% of the time; Must be able to tolerate normal office environment and exposure to various medications PharmcareUSA is a national, closed- door, long term care pharmacy business with locations in multiple states. Requirements
