About The Position

14198 - Nuclear Project Manager Lead (onsite) – Palo, IA Start Date: ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Required: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palo, IA (required); Experience as Nuclear Project Manager Lead (10+ years); Supervisor/Management Experience (5+ years); Experience in project management, engineering, or construction in either the nuclear or fossil industry (5+ years); Experience with estimating systems; Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or technical discipline. In absence of degree: 10+ years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction in either the nuclear or fossil industry. Preferred: Nuclear Experience (5+ years); Bachelor's Degree: Sciences / Engineering; Project Management Professional certification (PMP). Responsibilities: Leads projects to ensure completion by schedule date; Creates plans, cost analysis, schedules, estimations, and reports to communicate project deliverables and status of completion; Coordinates engineering, construction and other functional resources to complete project objectives; Leads and coaches schedulers, cost engineers and estimators regarding project significance; Manages all site-related project controls and systems to support project development tasks; Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
