About The Position

Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL) is seeking to hire a Senior Manager for Nuclear Operations. Reporting to the Nuclear Facility Manager/Operations and Maintenance Director, the Nuclear Operations Manager will lead safe, compliant, and reliable nuclear facility operations in SRNL. This role will work closely with the Operations Support Manager and provide day-to-day operational leadership and long-range planning to ensure mission execution while meeting DOE Orders, nuclear safety basis requirements, technical safety requirements, and site procedures. The Nuclear Operations Manager must build a strong operations culture grounded in Conduct of Operations, human performance, and continuous improvement. "We put science to work!"
