About The Position

ATC Healthcare is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Danville, PA. This role supports both inpatient and outpatient imaging services, including Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT. The department is equipped with 3 SPECT cameras, 1 SPECT/CT camera, and 2 PET/CT cameras. The technologist will perform diagnostic, therapeutic, and radiotheranostic procedures using radioactive materials, CT imaging, and adjunctive medications under the supervision of an authorized user and licensed practitioner.

Requirements

  • CNMT (NMTCB) or ARRT (N) required
  • BLS certification (AHA) required
  • Graduate of a Radiologic Technology specialty training program required
  • Must disclose all RTO at time of submission (no post-confirmation additions allowed)
  • Agency contract must mirror facility confirmation page exactly

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year related experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform nuclear medicine and molecular imaging procedures (SPECT, SPECT/CT, PET/CT)
  • Administer radioactive materials and adjunctive medications safely and accurately
  • Prepare and administer radionuclide therapies under supervision
  • Acquire, process, and analyze imaging data for physician interpretation
  • Ensure proper radiation safety protocols are followed
  • Provide patient care across all age groups (inpatient and outpatient)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with facility standards
