The Patriot Missile GEM-T NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) Program Office is seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to join our team as a Program Integrator. This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your expertise while contributing to the success of GEM-T direct contracts with NSPA and indirect GEM-T contracts through COMLOG (the Raytheon/MBDA Joint Venture). As a Program Integrator, you will play a key role in achieving program objectives in a matrixed environment. You will work closely with functional and program leadership, leading and influencing cross-functional teams to initiate, develop, and implement solutions to support the NSPA GEM-T Programs. This position offers the opportunity to enhance your skills in program management, risk mitigation, and customer engagement while contributing to mission-critical initiatives.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with business, program or project management, or engineering
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams or projects to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support) and/or administrative functions
  • Experience balancing technical, cost, and schedule on a program or project
  • Experience with project planning
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • DoD Clearance: Secret
  • Active and existing security clearance required on day 1

Nice To Haves

  • Experience conducting international business and managing cross-cultural communication (Including external customer interfaces)
  • Prior experience supporting development, production, and/or sustainment programs, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry
  • Experience with the Patriot product line or production contracts
  • Experience with program management tools, IPDS, and/or collaboration tools (Program Management Certification Level 6)
  • Experience with EVMS, Risk & Opportunity Management, IMP and/or IMS development experience with proposal activities

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between COMLOG and NSPA organizations, ensuring programmatic requirements are identified, addressed, and followed through to resolution.
  • Assist in identifying and tracking program and technical risks, collaborating with stakeholders to develop solutions that mitigate or eliminate potential impacts. Additionally, identify opportunities for program improvements.
  • Support the broader program team in developing and implementing processes, including CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) projects, to enhance efficiency and program outcomes.
  • Collaborate with key customer stakeholders and participate in meetings as required.
  • Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed
