Requirements

2 year industrial maintenance degree, 4 year engineering degree or 1-2 years Maintenance Experience
Ability to successfully complete the General Maintenance Assessment

Nice To Haves

Welding certification and fabrication experience
Understanding the importance of quality affected by plant maintenance activities

Responsibilities

Utilization of knowledge and skills to support a plant-wide Building & Structural maintenance team, including building and component inspections, preventive maintenance, door repair, HVAC, fabrication, and construction projects.
Participation in a training and development action plan is required for continuous improvement and support of the maintenance and production teams.
Develop and implement projects for continuous improvement.
Demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
