The purpose of this role is to assist the APTIM Sr. Director of Quality in providing oversight of the "nuclear" Quality Assurance program and its implementation within the various APTIM Business Units. This includes managing governance (quality management systems), supporting the delivery of projects with proper application of change management and enterprise process improvement, promoting and managing customer focus (compliments and concerns), enhancing partnerships, and ensuring that work meets the high standards of the APTIM Quality Management System. The role also involves providing company guidance on the use and application of the APTIM NQAPD and implementing procedures to new projects, as well as supporting proposals for new work.
