DESCRIPTION

The Modules Operations Program Manager (Modules NPO) ensures that critical
components driving new features in our products ramp on time, with high quality
and maximum customer availability. Following each new product release, the
Modules NPO leads the post-ramp qualification (PRQ) process for new component or
design changes that help to improve field performance, increase supply, and
reduce cost. Modules NPO’s are pivotal to the dynamic development and launch of
Apple’s products, as well as the ongoing health of our sustaining business. A
successful Modules NPO is a leader and facilitator; is dynamic, driven,
organized and detail oriented; excels in program / project management;
communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environment and is
adapt at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts. We lead within worldwide
Operations and collaborate with the core product development team and other
functional organizations within Apple.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain or Product/Program Management
• MS or BS Degree

Nice To Haves

• Strong leader, self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, hands-on and results driven
• Solid communication skills and ability to build strong relationship to influence cross functional teams
• Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience
• Masters or MBA are considered a plus
