About The Position

NPI Supply Chain Manager (Plymouth, MN): Drive the end-to-end supply chain strategy for New Product Introductions (NPI), ensuring successful product launches at the right cost, capacity, and capability. Your role: Lead the supply chain workstream for new product launches and product transfers, ensuring materials, capacity, and supply base readiness from development builds through commercialization. Serve as the primary supply chain point of contact at the Plymouth site, partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Operations, Procurement Engineering, Quality, and Service teams. Develop and execute ramp-up and launch strategies that align demand, manufacturing capacity, and supplier capability to achieve cost of goods sold (COGS), service, and growth targets. Identify risks across the order-to-fulfillment cycle, drive mitigation plans, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership. Influence continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen processes, system readiness, and compliance in a highly regulated environment (travel approximately 10%). Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an office-based role. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Plymouth, MN is $98,450 to $130,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Requirements

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience across multiple supply chain functions (planning, buying, S&OP, logistics, industrialization, or related roles) within a regulated, high-volume industry such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
  • Your skills include cross-functional leadership, strong analytical capabilities, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and experience working in enterprise systems such as SAP (preferred).
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Supply chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • You’re a proactive, detail-oriented problem solver with strong communication skills and the ability to influence without direct authority in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Lean methodology knowledge or certification is a plus.
