Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field AND 4+ years experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, program management, hardware development, or consumer electronics OR equivalent experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations or a related area.
  • 3+ years of PCBA/NPI manufacturing experience
  • 5+ years of experience in electronics supply chain and hardware delivery environment.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Responsibilities

  • Own T-minus schedule tracking and ensure supply chain dependencies are well understood in partnership with Engineering. Escalate risks and slippages to appropriate stakeholders to enable timely mitigation.
  • Track all BOM changes and proactively drive stakeholder to publish updates aligned with T-minus schedules.
  • Ensure timely and accurate BOM visibility to sourcing and supply chain teams.
  • Monitor and interpret design and volume changes and provide view on lead time and risk buy/inventory implications.
  • Compile and distribute regular material status updates to core teams, highlighting readiness, gaps, and risks.
  • Represent Supply chain in all phase gate conversations, partnering closely with Sourcing.
  • Act as the single point of contact for demand (Capex and Opex) and provide update to respective teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Ensure Capex requests are submitted and included on time in each request cycle.
  • Drive timely issuance of risk buys ahead of lead time requirements to support build schedules.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive supply chain map incorporating key inputs such as NUDD, EOL, capacity constraints, and multi-sourcing strategies.
  • Assess supply chain risks and lead mitigation planning to ensure continuity and resilience.
