Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. Google's projects, like our users, span the globe and require managers to keep the big picture in focus. As a NPI Operations Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects in the project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. As a NPI Operations Program Manager, you will be the primary operations/supply chain interface to the development team and operations functions with the responsibility for driving operations and new product development as well as supporting those products through the production ramp. You are well versed in the Contract Manufacturer (CM)/Original Device Manufacturing (ODM) environments and will lead a team of professionals to ensure products are designed and built to Google standards. This role is highly cross-functional and requires interaction with teams spanning across a variety of functions giving you great exposure to the new product introduction process.
