You will practice at St. George Regional Hospital You will collaborate with Intermountain nephrologists, other advanced practice providers and nurse navigators to deliver general nephrology care in outpatient clinic, hospital, dialysis, and telehealth settings You'll work 4 – 10s, no weekends, no call Travel to Dialysis Centers in Hurricane, Mesquite – Mileage will be reimbursed How we'll support you: We care about your wellbeing which is why we provide our caregivers with a generous benefits package. Requirements

  • APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
  • 1-2 years of experience in specialty care, Nephrology preferred
  • No New Grads, Please
  • Active, unobstructed Utah, Nevada, and Arizona medical license, or the ability to obtain one
  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years of experience in specialty care, Nephrology preferred
