About The Position

Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision making skills, works independently and in collaboration with physicians and other health care professionals. Provides health care to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention. They may care for patients ranging in age from newborn to elderly as noted in age-related category and area of expertise. This position will have a primary focus in Cardiology within the Electrophysiology Service. This position will assist in expanding patient access and delivering exceptional care across our dedicated cardiology services. The role may function within our Cardiac Centers of Excellence programs, spanning both inpatient and outpatient care settings, and include patient follow-ups, consults, and telehealth to support our growing same-day access initiatives. Our goal is to practice at the top of the scope of practice with guidance and support, including opportunities to perform procedures. This role offers a collaborative environment with opportunities for specialized training, certification, and research. Specific roles and responsibilities will continue to evolve in alignment with current initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, foster positive relationships, and have a strong drive to develop their expertise. Experience in cardiology and/or electrophysiology is preferred, including EP clinical patient management and EP lab knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • NP: Master's degree in nursing
  • PA: Bachelor’s degree in a health/science-related field
  • Licensure/Certification Qualifications

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in cardiology and/or electrophysiology is preferred, including EP clinical patient management and EP lab knowledge and skills.
