About The Position

The Sales Leader exists to execute the market sales strategy. The Sales Leader plays a vital role in both generating opportunities and closing opportunities. They will work closely with the Sales Director in accomplishing market sales goals. They must have a strong desire to see Booster’s impact grow through the accomplishment of a successful sales strategy. This position may be remote, with a strong preference for candidates based in the West region. As the son of an educator, founder Chris Carneal created Booster in 2002 to help strengthen schools. Responsibilities

  • Prospecting Set the strategy of outbound prospecting in concert with the Sales Director.
  • Oversee Sales Specialists to ensure the results for great prospecting as well as the execution of effective sales emails, phone calls, drop-ins, and events, etc.
  • Deliver Sales Presentations Execute discovery calls, sales meetings, and all web lead follow-up.
  • Sales Pipeline Owner Own sales opportunities from discovery to closure, ensuring a high close rate.
  • Provide a premium sales experience to potential school partners at every stage of the sales funnel.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and activity in the CRM system.
  • Implement strategies to maximize conversion rates and optimize the sales process.
  • Market Knowledge Collaborate with the Sales Director to stay informed about in-market competition, industry trends, and product differentials.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of competitor products and market landscape.
  • Generate recommendation letters endorsing Booster’s products/services.
  • Assist Sales Forecasting and Growth Strategies Work with the Sales Director to produce short-term and long-term growth strategies.
