About The Position

North America Well-being Advisor What You'll Do: Provide support associated with the well-being program to include coordinating local events and/or webinars, campaigns, activity challenges, vendor onboarding and invoice payments. Coordinate with vendors and US & CAN Well-Being Champions to ensure local events run smoothly and effectively. Capitalize upon offerings available through vendor partners to meet the needs of TD SYNNEX and mitigate rising claim costs in the US and CAN Promote the TD SYNNEX well-being strategy to internal stakeholders. Maintain the annual well-being calendar developed by the Global Well-Being Manager, to document a broad curriculum of events and activities in the four dimensions of well-being. Maintain wellbeing content in the Knowledge Center and monitor and respond to inquiries via Case Management of Workday Help. Serve as escalated point of contact for any inquiries posed to the Specialized Services team. Support various projects, assignments of the Benefits & Well-Being department when other priorities or peak periods arise. Collaborate with internal stakeholders relating to company culture and co-worker experience. Conduct and interpret analyses of medical, pharmacy, and wellness claims data to identify emerging health trends, support targeted prevention initiatives, and drive strategies that reduce health risks in the employee population. Aligned with the above, utilize experience and creativity to suggest ideas for improvement in identified disease states or declining health trends in the coworker population.
