About The Position

We’re looking for a highly energetic, proactive, and ambitious leader to join our team. This is a mid-level, high-impact role ideal for someone who wants to build and scale a regional market from the ground up. You will be responsible for driving our commercial expansion and establishing our presence across the North American market. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience with a strong commercial focus (Sales Manager, Business Development, Account Executive, or similar roles)
  • Proven experience leading teams
  • Fluent English
  • Proficient Spanish
  • Based in the Central Valley of California
  • Willing and able to travel up to 50% across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coordinate the North American team, ensuring alignment with company goals and driving high performance across all functions.
  • Commercial Strategy Execution: Implement and refine the North American market entry and growth strategy.
  • Lead Generation & Hunting: Initiate and execute aggressive outreach and business development efforts, starting with leveraging existing internal networks (e.g., executing initial hunting campaigns).
  • Pipeline Management: Immediately review and analyze past North American sales pipeline data to identify and potentially resurrect viable opportunities.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Drive the sales process from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
  • Market Feedback: Act as the primary conduit for competitive intelligence and market needs back to the product and strategy teams.
