About The Position

As IVIRMA continues its expansion across North America, the organization is strengthening its integration capabilities to ensure that newly acquired clinics are fully aligned with IVIRMA’s operational and clinical standards. Reporting to the Global Head of Integration and Synergies, the North America IMO Manager will play a central role in coordinating all workstreams involved in the integration of new clinics into the IVIRMA network. This position ensures cohesive coordination across internal teams and external vendor partners — particularly in EMR integration, Clinical Operations alignment, HR-related transition activities, and overall go-live readiness. The goal is to ensure each acquired clinic transitions smoothly into IVIRMA’s systems, workflows, and culture so that the organization operates as one unified company.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the integration of the clinic’s EMR and related clinical systems in alignment with IVIRMA standards.
  • Oversee system mapping, workflow validation, configuration checkpoints, and data conversion activities led by internal and vendor teams.
  • Ensure consistent EMR workflows and system usage across the IVIRMA network.
  • Partner with IVIRMA’s IT, Medical, Clinical Operations, Patient Services, and HR teams — and their counterparts in acquired clinics — to ensure alignment of system decisions, workflows, onboarding processes, and communication plans.
  • Coordinate HR transition activities delivered by HR teams, including meet-and-greet sessions, onboarding planning, and employee incorporation into payroll, timekeeping, education/training, benefits, and 401(k) platforms.
  • Maintain clear cross-functional visibility, ensuring that each team completes its integration tasks on schedule.
  • Work collaboratively with the Billing Integration Manager and the Finance Integration Manager to maintain alignment across interconnected workstreams. While each manager brings ownership of their respective areas, this role helps connect the dots to ensure that clinical, operational, billing, and finance activities remain well-coordinated.
  • Partner with the Integration Director to help ensure that all workstreams move forward in a coordinated and consistent manner across the overall integration plan.
  • Coordinate the activities of external Clinical Operations and EMR Engineering vendor teams to ensure they align with IVIRMA’s integration playbooks, timelines, and expectations.
  • Track progress on key vendor-led tasks such as workflow mapping, EMR configuration, data conversion steps, and 3rd-party integration planning.
  • Facilitate alignment between vendor teams and IVIRMA stakeholders through regular touchpoints such as system walkthroughs, UAT coordination, training preparation, and go-live readiness checks.
  • Escalate risks, track deliverables, and ensure all vendor workstreams advance cohesively.
  • Manage integration plans, timelines, milestones, and communication across all workstreams.
  • Track risks, dependencies, and integration progress to ensure efficient transitions into IVIRMA systems and workflows.
  • Support continuous improvement of integration playbooks and methodologies for future acquisitions.
