About The Position

The Non-Sterile Lab Support Pharmacy Technician will play a crucial role in supporting our day to day sterile lab operations and receive exposure to various workflows within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for providing excellent patient care.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
Hold a MO Pharmacy technician license or willing to obtain one
Ability to work efficiently in a timely manner
Close attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be capable of donning and wearing all protective wear as required by procedure for each area. This includes, but not limited to: mask, gloves, lab coat, gown, hairnet, beard cover, safety goggles and shoe covers
Must be capable of lifting and moving items, including ingredients, weighing up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Supporting the non-sterile lab by cleaning lab equipment, bottling compounded products into their final dispensing containers by hand or utilizing bottling automation, labeling finished goods, restocking labs and other duties as assigned
Ensures adequate stock levels of laboratory supplies
Participate in all daily, weekly, and monthly lab cleaning activities
