As a Non-Qualified Plan Specialist, you will be responsible for managing assigned non-qualified deferred compensation relationships, including daily administration of assigned accounts. You will assist clients by monitoring participant elections, distributions, and reporting, and ensuring plans are regulatory compliant. Problem identification and resolution are key, as you work closely with our clients and internal partners on all aspects of non-qualified plans. We want to hear from you today if you: Have experience with plans that fall under IRC 409A, 457(b), 457(f), 415(m) and SERP plans Consult with plan sponsors on plan document provisions, explaining administrative complexities Oversee daily operations, including payroll monitoring, participant enrollments, distributions, and reviews Act as a liaison between plan sponsors and employees, providing educational materials and resolving inquiries Assist your team in providing quality review of key administrative tasks Provide process and procedure recommendations to management to improve customer experiences, effectiveness, and efficiency of team operations Assist management as required in administrative functions such as collecting data for reporting or serving on projects related to business or regulatory changes
