About The Position

This person will be responsible for supporting the Retirement Plan Services department. The majority of their role will involve processing forms and performing basic transactions, such as handling roll overs, internal transfers, and death certificates.

Requirements

• 2+ years recent financial services experience (retirement preferred) OR a recent Finance/related Bachelor’s grad with some professional experience
• Strong typing: 5,500 KPH with 85%+ accuracy (1-minute assessment)
• Professional phone/email communication; CRM + call center experience a plus
• MS Office
• HS diploma required (BS Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Answers and responds to email inquiries regarding issues
• Processes forms and performs basic transactions Including: handling roll overs, internal transfers, and death certificates
• Accurately diagnoses issues and provides client driven solutions that also meet IRS regulatory requirements
• Interprets rules and regulations by applying retirement plan knowledge
• Conducts audits of account activity to ensure transactions meet regulatory compliance
• Reviews client requests for corrections to determine proper course of action and provide guidance to branch personnel on resolution
• Communicates, researches and resolves issues with other internal departments
• Reviews daily reports of individual productivity to evaluate personal performance
