Non Invasive Cardiovascular Technician - Non Invasive Cardiology Department - St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital Job Summary: The Non-Invasive Cardiovascular Technician provides technical skills in obtaining electrocardiograph tracings, routine exercise stress testing, exercise testing with nuclear medicine, and Holter Monitor application and scanning if applicable in specific Non-Invasive Cardiology department.

Responsibilities
- Gathers relevant personal information from patient's record.
- Prepares and instructs patients on the proper procedures to follow.
- Transports portable electrocardiograph to hospital units and administers electrocardiograms to inpatients, or to out-patients in the lab area.
- Performs stress/nuclear stress tests with treadmill, observing tracings for abnormalities.
- Scans Holter Monitors, observing tracings for abnormalities if applicable.
- Ensures tests results are placed in proper physician reading box for interpretation.
