As the Non‑Financial Risk Reporting Senior Analyst, you will help produce, coordinate, and improve enterprise risk reporting to leaders rely on to understand risk and control effectiveness. Our Impact: As part of Freddie Mac’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) organization, the Non-Financial Risk Reporting Program has been established to drive consistency in approach and reporting for Non-Financial Risk across the organization. This includes our Risk and Control Profiles which are point-in-time assessments of risk within and across each category using methodologies consistent with Risk Appetite. It reports on the strength of the control environment to allow for monitoring against target risk levels. Your Impact: Support Non-Financial Risk Reporting Support the development, maintenance, and execution of standardized non‑financial risk reporting templates and requirements. Assist with Risk and Control Profile reporting to ensure alignment with approved methodologies and risk appetite. Help compile and validate reporting inputs across enterprise and divisional risk teams Assist with Governance and Change Activities Prepare materials, analysis, and status updates for risk governance forums and leadership meetings. Support intake, tracking, and documentation of reporting issues, enhancements, and change requests. Help maintain documentation and repositories that support transparency, consistency, and auditability. Contribute to Data Quality and Reporting Accuracy Assist with defining and documenting non‑financial risk metrics and data elements. Support testing, validation, and quality control activities for reporting outputs. Monitor data consistency and completeness, escalating issues and questions as appropriate. Partner with technology and data teams to support standardized and efficient reporting processes. Collaborate Across Teams Work closely with enterprise and divisional risk teams to understand reporting expectations and timelines. Participate in training, communications, and working sessions related to non‑financial risk reporting. Build foundational working relationships across first line, second line, and Internal Audit partners. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, risk management, information systems, or related field. 5 years of experience in risk management, risk reporting, governance, controls, compliance, data, or a related analytical role. Exposure to standardized reporting, governance routines, or documentation processes. Basic understanding of non‑financial risk concepts and control environments. Familiarity with data quality concepts such as definitions, consistency, and completeness. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience reviewing reports or templates is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured, deadline‑driven environment. This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $111,000 - $167,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant. Requirements
