About The Position

Daniels Health is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Non CDL Driver with 26-foot box truck experience to deliver products across the Easton, PA area and New York City routes. The role involves collecting sharps and medical waste containers from healthcare customer locations and providing a high level of customer service. Daniels Health is a healthcare service company that provides safety systems and regulated waste collections for hospitals and other healthcare customers. The company focuses on delivering quality and safety-focused medical waste management services to reduce needlestick injuries, improve infection control, and reduce the environmental footprint of its customers. Daniels Health also disposes and treats medical waste at its treatment facilities across the U.S. A $3,000 new hire bonus is offered for joining the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 YEARS Delivery experience within a 26 foot box truck
• VALID DOT MEDICAL CARD
• Passing our 7 Year MVR review
• Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations
• Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections
• Can-do attitude with a strong customer focus
• Proven longevity in past employment
• TOUCH FREIGHT EXPERIENCE!!!

Responsibilities

• Delivering throughout NYC/NJ/PA
• Operating 26 ft box truck in a safe manner
• Safely collect, deliver and store our medical waste containers at customer locations
• Providing strong customer service and building positive customer relationships
• Completing deliveries to time schedule and clearly communicating changes
• Loading and unloading and organizing your truck per schedule needs
• Complying with DOT regulations, logging hours and roadside inspections
• Pushing/pulling a four-wheeled cart that weighs as much as 200lbs!!
