About The Position

AWH Logistics is seeking experienced Non-CDL NIGHTTIME bench drivers for daily delivery AND warehouse duties in Garfield Heights, OH. Route details: run Tuesday through Saturday. Start Time: varies between10:00PM and 3:00AM Must be willing to be flexible and work nights as needed. This route pays $900-$1,250/weekly Duties include but not limited to: (Help Unload) Watch all trucks unloaded by drivers – confirming trucks are unloaded completely. Report any freight that is brought back to the dock. EX: misload freight, freight not delivered. (Anything the driver failed to communicate to management). Pallet jacks & stoppers left in trucks Count all totes & empties coming off the trucks (verify physical count vs route sheet) & communicate any variances to management. Follow up with driver needed to ensure compliant on routesheet. Turn in route sheet to dispatch after checked in on dock. Requirements

Must be 21 years old.
Verifiable commercial driving 24'-26' experience required.
Familiarity of DOT & FMCSA Regulations +++
Air brake experience required.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record.
Must have valid DOT Medical Card
Will need to pass a road test.
Must consent to a MVR, criminal background check and drug screen ; (AWH Logistics, LLC must receive a negative result).
FMCSA Clearinghouse –(CDL Holders) Must consent to annual/limited queries and hold a Not Prohibited status
Ability to safely climb into the truck box with/without the lift gate
Ability to safely lift 50 lbs as needed

Responsibilities

Help Unload
