HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE: As a Non-CDL Driver , you will be responsible for collecting and delivering equipment between our company, suppliers, and customers. This role also includes receiving incoming shipments, verifying packing lists for accuracy and completeness, and determining the appropriate recipient or storage location. You will do this by: Attach and remove hitches from vehicles. Operate a 2-wheel dolly and pallet jack. Store parts orders in designated locations. Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise and materials. Load and unload delivery trucks in a timely and accurate manner. Read, pick, and sort parts into specific orders for delivery. Perform multiple tasks (e.g., deliveries, picking up stock, stocking inventory, bin location, etc.). Perform other duties as assigned. WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS: A clean and valid drivers license. A DOT Medical Examiners Certificate (MCSA-5876). Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to drive a manual transmission . Basic computer/tablet data entry skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a focus on safety. Team player with a strong work ethic (courteous, flexible, punctual, and professional). WHAT WE OFFER YOU: Hourly rates ranging from $19.77 - $27.77. Compensation will be based on experience. EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields. PHYSICAL & MENTAL ENVIRONMENT This position requires the ability to perform moderately complex manual tasks and hand-eye coordination. Activities include sitting, standing, and climbing on and off equipment while driving and loading/unloading. This role operates year-round, with the majority of time spent outdoors. Exposure to varying temperatures depending on seasonal weather conditions. Dejana Truck and Utility Equipment uses E-Verify for I-9 processing and all candidates must be eligible to work in the US.
