About The Position
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking NOC Technicians to join a critical DoD program in Springfield, VA. The team is seeking network specialists to provide operations and maintenance and troubleshooting supporting to Security and Electronic Systems. Clearance: TS/SCI required Location: Springfield, VA (100% on-site) This job opens for applications on11/7/2025. Applications for this job will be accepted for at least 30 days from the posting date
Requirements
- Top Secret/SCI clearance required
- Bachelors degree with 1+ years of experience with network troubleshooting and administration
- Certifications: IAT II (Sec+, Net+, CySA+, CCNA) desired
- Experience utilizing ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, Remedy)
- Experience with Microsoft technologies and 365 environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide Tier 1 support to end-users
Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor application and network performance to identify potential issues.
- Review system alerts, validate incidents, and escalate unresolved problems to Tier 2 or higher support teams.
- Conduct initial troubleshooting, document findings thoroughly, and update the ticketing system accordingly.
- Ensure consistent operational coverage during assigned shifts.
- Prepare and distribute reports as required.
