DESCRIPTION As part of the Network Operations team, you will be responsible for providing 24x7 monitoring of all components of Sinch Voice’s network utilizing various network monitoring systems and direct access to switches, DACS routers, and other network elements. Technicians are alerted to and must act upon any alarm conditions. NOC Technicians engage with customers, carriers/providers/vendors, and internal teams to facilitate the accurate and timely resolution of customer or network issues. This is a 3rd shift position, Friday – Monday 9:00pm – 7:30am Central.
