Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Professional understanding of Linux RHEL/CentOS.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Experience analyzing and investigating security alerts using open-source tools.
- Basic understanding of network architecture and system performance bottlenecks.
- Basic knowledge of cyber security principles, tools, and devices.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies.
- Relevant college degree plus one year of experience, or three years of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Research security events using internal and open-source tools.
- Respond to health and welfare alerts.
- Perform network, system, and security audits.
- Escalate incidents using established policies and procedures.
- Author and maintain support documentation.
- Learn and attend training on new, unfamiliar technologies.
