We’re looking for a NOC Engineer II to help keep the action going. The NOC Engineer II operates company's internal data communications systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming license(s).
  • 2+ years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or technical support environment.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting routers and switches.
  • Experience working with ISP vendors and coordinating issue resolution.
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems and standard Windows applications.
  • Intermediate networking knowledge, including switches and routers.
  • Intermediate understanding of server hardware, peripherals, and system management tools.
  • Working knowledge of network, systems, and IT infrastructure management platforms.
  • Experience using system monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Uses monitoring tools and applications to ensure operational efficiency for all customer environments.
  • Supports/troubleshoots customer network issues from beginning to end.
  • Coordinates support with ISP vendors to address repairs and outages.
  • Assists customers with timely resolution of complex issues, providing technical support and problem determination
  • Intermediate knowledge of server hardware, peripherals, and management systems.
  • Intermediate knowledge of networking devices, including switches and routers.
