Our client is seeking a Level 2 Network Operations Center Technician for various shifts, including Weekend Days and Overnights. The role involves working a schedule of Thur-Sat 7a-7p with every other Wednesday, leading to overtime one week and 36 hours on alternate weeks, or 7p-7a Sun-Tue with every other Saturday, with some flexibility for overnights. This position is 80% remote but requires periodic travel to Owings Mills, MD. The technician will be the first level of troubleshooting and escalation for Enterprise, Network-Device, and Systems Servers within a 24x7 NOC environment. Responsibilities include maintaining the reliability of Network Systems using HP Openview's Management suite, with a strong background in Network Operations, Cisco Devices, Windows Servers, and utilizing SNOW for ticketing. This role emphasizes a Tier 2 diagnostic and troubleshooting approach.
