As an NLP Data Scientist at Workhuman, you'll contribute to developing innovative AI solutions that transform how people work and connect. Requirements

• Experience with generative AI and chatbot product development, ideally with frameworks like LangChain and LLamaIndex.
• Knowledge of NLP techniques, such as text classification, sentiment analysis, and sequence tagging.
• Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with NLP/ML toolkits like Sklearn, Gensim, Spacy, and NLTK.
• Experience with vector database technologies (e.g., pgvector, Pinecone) and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• A collaborative and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving in dynamic environments.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Help design and deploy advanced machine learning and NLP models that power Workhuman's AI products.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Software Engineers, and Product Managers to build scalable and efficient solutions.
• Engage in hands-on experimentation with the latest NLP techniques and frameworks to continuously improve our AI capabilities.
• Participate in efforts to address ethical, bias, and fairness considerations in AI, ensuring compliance and equity in all solutions.
• Maintain a supportive environment for continuous learning, with access to the latest research, tools, and best practices in AI.
