Territory: West Central Minnesota What You'll Do: Drive the NK Brand strategy with customers and internal teams to achieve our core objectives: Differentiate, Innovate, Outperform, and Leverage Build profitable growth by supporting NK Brand Retail sales operations and delivering results Execute brand campaigns by delivering NK Seed offers to targeted customers through channel partners Be a product expert with deep knowledge of NK Corn and Soybeans Steward our seed portfolio by providing recommendations and managing field concerns in partnership with our Agronomy team Achieve sales targets by meeting sales, profit, and market share goals within your territory Develop customer relationships through consultative selling, expertise, and building trust with farmers
