Requirements

  • Previous Service Advisor experience preferred (automotive experience strongly valued)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume service environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CDK or similar DMS a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet service customers and act as their primary point of contact
  • Accurately write repair orders and clearly explain recommended services
  • Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely repairs
  • Provide updates to customers and ensure expectations are met or exceeded
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
  • Upsell maintenance and repair services ethically and transparently
