About The Position

Requirements

• Due to the nature of this role and resident privacy needs in a women’s residential setting, this position is legally designated for female staff under the BFOQ exception
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 21 years old or older
• Current driver's license and a good driving record
• Ability to pass a Utah State background check

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of students during traditional sleeping hours, staying awake and alert throughout the entire shift.
• Conduct bed checks every 15 minutes to monitor student safety and address any immediate needs or concerns.
• Assist students who may be ill or experiencing difficulties, providing necessary support and care.
• Observe and accurately document student behavior, contributing to their care and overall progress.
• Complete daily assignments during each shift, ensuring that all responsibilities are met effectively.
• Take on specialized assignments from the Supervisor as required to support the team and students.
• Work collaboratively with Day Staff to ensure seamless transitions between shifts, maintaining a cohesive and supportive environment for our students.
