About The Position

Requirements
- Must be female
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 21 years old or older
- Current driver's license and a good driving record
- Ability to pass a Utah State background check
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students during traditional sleeping hours, staying awake and alert throughout the entire shift.
- Conduct bed checks every 15 minutes to monitor student safety and address any immediate needs or concerns.
- Assist students who may be ill or experiencing difficulties, providing necessary support and care.
- Observe and accurately document student behavior, contributing to their care and overall progress.
- Complete daily assignments during each shift, ensuring that all responsibilities are met effectively.
- Take on specialized assignments from the Supervisor as required to support the team and students.
- Work collaboratively with Day Staff to ensure seamless transitions between shifts, maintaining a cohesive and supportive environment for our students.
