About The Position

The Night Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately pulling, building, and loading customer orders during overnight hours in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. This role is physically demanding and best suited for dependable individuals who communicate clearly, work well independently, and take accountability for completing their work safely and on time. Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to work overnight shifts
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when pulling and loading orders.
Basic math and reading skills to interpret pick lists and route manifests.
Ability to follow verbal instructions and communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
Commitment to workplace safety and proper lifting techniques.
Strong work ethic and sense of accountability.
Open and honest communication style.
Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow within the role.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or order‑picking role.
Experience using voice‑picking systems or RF scanners.
Forklift or pallet jack experience (certification a plus or willingness to be trained).
Experience loading delivery trucks and organizing routes.
Familiarity with inventory control or warehouse management systems.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

Pulls merchandise from inventory using voice pick system, lifting and carrying merchandise and packaging merchandise securely to avoid damage.
Transports materials with hand truck, cart and forklift trucks.
Loads delivery trucks in order of route manifest in a secure manner that minimizes product damage and creates a safe environment for all employees.
Records and reports inventory discrepancies in system and or to manager.
Maintains facility in a clean and orderly fashion.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
