As a Night Warehouse Supervisor with Native Maine, you will be: Overseeing receiving, stocking, picking, and packing, shipping, inventory management, and documentation.  Optimizes efficient layouts, workflows, and utilization of warehouse space.  Monitors the safety and security of goods and materials.  Utilizes a warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource system (ERP), or other system to track and analyze processes and performance.  Implement strong safety policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Computer competency and the ability to learn Microsoft Office
  • Forklift training certification to be acquired and other powered equipment
  • High School diploma or its equivalent
  • Passion to serve our customers and present in a professional manner
  • Able to understand and communicate oral and written directions
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Employee must be able to work independently and demonstrate a commitment to company’s guiding principles of Safety, Service, and Impact
  • Team Player with Leadership abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to unload trucks with use of a non-powered hand truck
  • Physically able to continuously stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, handle, and move/push/pull/lift items weighing up to 70 lbs.
  • Must be a minimum 21 years old
  • Valid class C Driver's License

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe working environment
  • Supports employees through coaching and training.
  • Help select picklists and stickers pallets for drivers
  • Help managers in the office with phone calls for ETA's
  • Answers driver questions about stops and products
  • Prints pick list for the selectors
  • Prints invoices and manifest for the drivers
  • Ensure trucks are parked appropriately in bays and in parking areas
  • Credits and driver check in
  • Driver check in upon route completion
  • Enter log checks into spreadsheet
  • Identify reason codes for credits
  • Return credits to correct slot location
  • Ensure quality and temperature of returned product
  • Re-enters invoices that need to be invoiced for future delivery
  • Completes QAC check list
