Capitol City Produce is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Shipping Specialist to join our Transportation team. If you thrive in dynamic settings and are committed to safety, efficiency, and teamwork, this is the role for you!

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or similar roles.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in varying climates (coolers, warehouse, outdoors).
• Proficiency in basic math and knowledge of weights and measures.
• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification and experience with warehouse equipment are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead nightly shipping operations to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and drivers to load, unload, and check in trucks.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Prioritize workflows and resolve issues with team members.
• Promote safety and a positive team environment at all times.
• Coordinate with managers to streamline warehouse activities and inventory.
