Night Shift Supervisor - 4x10 Workweek
About The Position

Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials up to 35–50 lbs.
- Repetitive use of hands, wrists, and arms for handling tools, parts, or machinery.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach overhead as needed.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead Night Shift production employees to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time performance.
- Provide direction, coaching, recognition, and development opportunities for team members.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and safe work environment.
- Monitor workflows and proactively resolve production or personnel issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and FDA quality requirements.
- Communicate effectively with other shifts, departments, and leadership to maintain seamless operations.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and productivity.
