We Are Hiring for a Night Shift Service Writer in Rockville, Maryland! Our Service Writers ensure efficient vehicle maintenance scheduling and manage orders. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous vehicle maintenance administrative experience preferred.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Computer literate with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.).
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Open and close work orders requests.
• Run and review reports as needed.
• Answers shop telephones and schedule repair appointments.
• Maintain vehicle information files.
• Take road call information and dispatch mechanics or outside service.
• Arrange pick-up of outside repairs.
