Requirements
- Ability to conduct quality tests with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail
- Capability to interpret test data and communicate clearly with cross‑functional teams
- Proficiency in using lab equipment and willingness to learn new tools and processes
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently during night shift operations
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Responsibilities
- Perform routine quality control testing on raw materials, in‑process samples, and finished products
- Calibrate, operate, and maintain laboratory and testing equipment
- Document results accurately and communicate findings to plant personnel
- Support troubleshooting efforts by identifying quality deviations and contributing to corrective actions
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe, clean work environment
