Champion product excellence through routine inspections of raw materials and finished products. Decode quality data to identify trends and pinpoint non-conformities. Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. Deliver precise quality reports and metrics to inform decision-making. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce defects.

• Proficient in quality control methodologies (Indiana CAP) and safety regulations.
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
• Driving between sites in Logansport and Peru.
