About The Position
As a BAYADA LPN, you will provide skilled one-on-one overnight care to clients in Valparaiso and surrounding areas in Indiana. This role allows you to work independently, build your routine, and stay focused on your client, while being backed by 24/7 clinical support and receiving weekly pay. BAYADA serves clients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a wide range of acuity and clinical needs, supporting them in their homes to build meaningful relationships and deliver personalized, high-quality care. Requirements
- Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of Indiana
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled one-on-one overnight care to clients
- Work independently and build your routine, staying focused on your client
- Support clients in the home, building meaningful relationships
- Deliver personalized, high-quality care
- Perform user-friendly electronic charting through Statewise to focus on patient care
Benefits
- $26–$30/hour in Indiana
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN (minimum four shifts/month) employment options
