About The Position

BAYADA is hiring compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Indiana to support pediatric clients in Franklin and Shelbyville. This role offers a slower, more meaningful pace, allowing nurses to work independently, enjoy flexible scheduling, and build a strong connection with their clients. Nurses will provide skilled, one-on-one care to clients of all ages and acuity levels in their homes, fostering meaningful relationships while delivering personalized, high-quality care. BAYADA provides 24/7 clinical support and weekly pay. Requirements

Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of Indiana
Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

Support pediatric clients in Franklin and Shelbyville
Work independently
Build a meaningful connection with your client
Provide 1:1 care to clients of all ages and acuity levels
Deliver personalized, high-quality care
Focus on patient care using user-friendly electronic charting through Statewise

Benefits

$26–$30/hour in Indiana
Full-time, part-time, and PRN (minimum four shifts/month)
Daytime and Overnight Shifts
8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
