About The Position

Elders Inn is currently seeking a full-time Personal Care Attendant (PCA) for the overnight shift! Noc (night) shift is 10:30pm-7:00am Pay Rate- $20.00 per hour The primary functions of a PCA are: Help residents with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily living tasks Respond to resident needs promptly while maintaining resident privacy and personal dignity Monitor resident activity and functional status Assist with apartment tidying to ensure safety and comfort This is a full-time position that works a 4-on, 2-off rotation. On-call/PRN may also be available Elders Inn is a licensed 52-suite assisted living community where each day offers a variety of experiences in the company of friends. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work patiently with cognitively impaired individuals
Ability to follow written and oral directions
Basic computer skills (care programming is computer based)
Ability to life 150 pounds
Current COVID-19 vaccination
Routine COVID tests
Physical TB test
Fingerprint clearance from the FBI and Dept of Justice
