Providing a helping hand—especially during the hours it’s needed most. Offer overnight supervision and support to ensure client safety Provide comfort, reassurance, and companionship during nighttime hours Assist with nighttime routines, mobility, and bathroom needs Help with morning routines before shift end (as needed) Prepare light meals or snacks if needed Keep accurate notes and report any changes in condition or behavior Why Become a Senior Helpers Caregiver? Requirements

Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Clean driving record and willingness to travel to client homes
1 year of experience (PCA or Home Health Aide preferred—but we will train the right candidate)
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Current TB test and physical (hiring bonus helps cover costs)
CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain—we can help!)
2 personal and 2 professional references
Fluent in English (read/write/speak)
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and grow
