We’re currently looking for a problem solving and multitasking 3rd Shift Night Operations teammate to join our Operations Department. 3rd shift: Rotating nights of 11pm - 7am Sun-Thu and most weekends 11pm - 11am Fri-Sat. A day in the life of a Decker Night Operations Employee looks like: Assisting with all after hours operations of the company by backing up Dispatch, Customer Service, Safety and HR with telephone and computer communications with our Drivers Answering phones and responding as required Heavy computer work and data entry Opportunity for growth into a daytime Operations position for the right person Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proficient computer and multi-phone skills

Responsibilities

• Assisting with all after hours operations of the company by backing up Dispatch, Customer Service, Safety and HR with telephone and computer communications with our Drivers
• Answering phones and responding as required
• Heavy computer work and data entry
• Other duties as assigned
