About The Position
Purpose of Position and Scope of Responsibility: The Chick-fil-A Night Manager provides direct supervision of evening staff and monitors adherence to company and department policies and procedures. Under the general direction of Chick-fil-A Manager Under the direct supervision of Chick-fil-A Assistant Manager Responsible for 1 shift, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week. Incumbents are subject to overtime as deemed necessary. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Oversee employees to make sure Chick-fil-A standards are being met
- Oversee employees to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner and correctly
- Responsible for counting tills and making deposits
- Responsible for stocking the store
- Responsible for keeping the store clean and organized
- Performs related accountabilities/responsibilities as required or directed.
